Commissioning a portrait should feel exciting, not intimidating. I’ve created a simple, thoughtful process to make sure you feel involved every step of the way—and that the finished portrait is something you’ll treasure forever.
Portraits begin at $2,500 — limited commissions accepted each season.
1. Share Their Story
Send your favorite photos and a few details about what makes them, them. We'll talk through pose, personality, and the moment you want captured forever.
2. Watch It Come to Life
Using your photos as reference, I hand-paint your portrait with careful attention to every detail — and you'll receive progress updates along the way.
3. Approve & Receive
Once your portrait is complete, you'll see images of the finished piece for your approval. Once you're delighted, it's carefully packaged and shipped — ready to be cherished for generations.

All prices reflect a base canvas size. Larger canvases and more complex compositions are quoted individually.
A 50% deposit secures your place on my commission calendar, with the balance due upon completion.

How long does it take to complete a portrait?
Most portraits are completed within 2-3 weeks from approved photo to finished piece. Rush timelines may be available — just ask.
Can you paint multiple pets in one portrait?
Absolutely. Let me know how you envision it, and we’ll work together to plan the composition.
What size should I choose?
Head & Shoulders works beautifully for a single focal point; Full Body suits more dynamic poses or outdoor settings. Not sure? Send me a few photos and I'll help you decide.
What if I don’t love the portrait?
This is a collaboration, and you’ll be involved throughout the process. I won’t ship a painting unless you’re thrilled with it.
Do you offer framing?
I can provide framing recommendations if you’d like to complete the piece before hanging. Just ask!
